We will work with the candidate to develop messaging strategies, communicate that message through coordinating media, events, direct mail, grassroots outreach, meet and greets, and executing a ‘Get Out The Vote’ program through the month of May leading up to Election Day.
Operationally, it will be important to meet on at least a weekly basis to discuss the week’s campaign events, messaging points, and go over budget and finance.
Rincon Strategies will keep a master calendar to coordinate direct mail, media, and events of the campaign. A critical role of a campaign manager is to make sure the different part are working together and all of the trains run on time. Rincon Strategies will oversee the implementation of various campaign programs for the ground campaign.
